Securely wrap knives in a clean dishtowel, newsprint, or cardboard and tie in place with string, rubber bands, or tape.On a piece of paper, please provide the following details:

- Name

-Address

-Email Address

-phone number

Secure this label around the wrapped knives.

3 / If you are using early drop off and/or picking up later

Please deposit wrapped and clearly labeled knife bundle in the Madam Cutler "milk box" located inside the store. I will text you when your knives are ready for pick up. Please include your phone number.  We encourage you to pick up your knives before closing on Monday (7 pm). Aubuchon staff and Madam Cutler are not responsible for following up on unclaimed knives.

4 / Onsite sharpening!

Check in at my knife station. Payment is required at check-in via Venmo, cash or check. Sorry I do not take credit cards. Go shop, run errands, or grab coffee or lunch. Your honed knives will be ready when you return.

How long is the wait?

Wait is dependent on how many knives you bring and if there is a queue ahead of you. Some people drop-off and come back a couple hours later. Serrated knives and scissors will require additional time as they are sharpened by hand.
